Girish N. Basidoni - President & CEO

Girish N. Basidoni co-founded the company along with four other industry professionals.

Prior to co-founding TestingCzars, was Head of Testree, SBU of Nous Infosystems from 2004 to 2005 and General Manager – Technology in RelQ Software Pvt. Ltd from 1997 to 2004. He was responsible for all key customer engagements, technology building blocks, team building and execution in both the companies

Girish brings 18 years of Testing & Software Engineering experience. He possesses a strong management experience in software testing and test automation consulting business across globe. He is business focused and demonstrated an understanding of the business process, people and technology. He has a good track record of working with world-class software companies and financial institutions like Infosys, HP, Siemens, Hughes Software, ITC, SAS, BUPA, Verifone, Hitachi, CAD Centre, Philips, Texas Instruments, Citibank, Cognotec, and many others.

Girish has Masters in Reliability Engineering from IIT Mumbai and Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Hubli.

D N Ramana Reddy, PMP - Vice President, Technology

Ramana Reddy has 19 years of working experience in Project Management, Test management and ERP implementation. Currently Ramana heads technology at TestingCzars. Prior to TestingCzars, Ramana has built 150 members QA team for Thomson Financials in Bangalore from ground and established working methodologies, which culminated in high quality QA deliverables. Earlier Ramana was associated with RelQ Software as test manager and has successfully executed projects for Citibank, Franklin Templeton and other multinational companies. Ramana has also extensive experience in web application development, ERP (SAP, People Soft) implementation and project management of turnkey infrastructure projects.

Ramana views software testing as more technical activity and looks for technical solutions for most of testing problems. He motivates his teams to be more technical, thus adding tremendous value to the testing phase of software development. He has a commendable record of managing projects, presales support and establishing test teams for large organizations.

Ramana has a B.Tech and Postgraduate from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

MadhuChandan SC - Vice President, Business Strategy and Operations

Madhu Chandan co founder of TestingCzars has an excellent combination of super engineer with the planning skills of a COO, he has over 10 years of experience in Software Test Automation and Quality Engineering.

Madhu Chandan leads TestingCzars delivery of advanced test automation consulting and engineering services and oversees the Indian operations. He architected the AutoCzar™ framework, the keyword-based framework for software test design, automation and management.

Prior to TestingCzars, he has worked in various capacities for companies like RelQ, City & Guilds, hp, Wipro, Fidelity National Finance, Upromise, Indus, LowerMyBills and many others. He is a recognized expert specializing in test automation, test development, and testing technology management. He has an Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from University of Mysore.

Vijayraghavan TD - General Manager, Technology

Vijayaraghavan has over 20 Years of strong synergy IT experience combined with strong BFSI domain knowledge, robust software quality processes, automation and best of breed.

Vijay joined TestingCzars during Oct 2006, as General Manager Technology. He will be responsible for building high caliber testing teams to foster the growth in domains like BFSI and Games testing.

Prior to TestingCzars Vijay was Assistant Vice President, Corporate Bank Technology Operations and Technology, Citibank, N.A, Japan, in the capacity of Business Information Security Officer and co supported SQM and Compliance activities for CIB Tech Japan,

Vijay has also continuously supported global banking majors like Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Singapore & Hoarse Bank UK, by managing critical banking projects under onsite and offshore working models. During his stay with leading Independent software quality houses & MNC banks, he has worked in various capacities ranging from functional operations to IT.

Vijay was also instrumental and Architect to contributed significantly program management, giving strong support in Entertainment Software Testing (Games) for Major Global Game Clients Including Sega, Arush and many more. Vijay has strong team building skills and passionate about nurturing highly motivated and vibrant teams.

Vijay received a Bachelors Degree in Science and a P.G. Diploma in Business Administration, from Bangalore University and he is a recognized Certified Software Test Manager.
