Functional testing

We help our customers translate functional requirements into executable test cases that confirm how well all software components working together satisfy product requirements. We provide manual testing services and we are very experienced with test automation. We can use a wide variety of automation tools, including common industry products like HP QTP, SilkTest, Selenium and TestComplete. If you would like us to provide the automation tool, we can use our own automation tool - Verifaya. We have automated complete regression tests for our clients so smoke tests and complete regressions can be run efficiently on a regular and even daily basis.

Performance testing

Our performance testing goes way beyond load, stress and response times to address real-life non-functional requirements. For us, performance testing also means capacity planning, application availability and scalability, disaster recovery/failover, hardware capacity and sizing. In short, we ensure your web and cloud applications delivers a responsive, reliable and optimized online service at all times.

Usability testing

Our Usability Testing process is focused on testing applications, web sites or products from the end users point of view. We offer many approaches to usability testing including testing live sites/applications and prototypes. We test customer applications using a usability checklist and guidelines prepared in-line with industry standards. Some of the Key Usability parameters that we measure are: Visual Design, User friendliness, Flow/Navigation, and Performance.

Localization testing

The main goal of our Localization Testing is to validate the customer applications in its use of the specific local language and general conformance to cultural expectations. We do this by defining a base standard for the native region’s business processes and expectations. We use testers with experience in the specific language being tested and compare to the English-language or other baseline version of the product. We also work with our customers to identify and test any specific regional requirements of special concern.
